Mark Giordano - Director
As a local business professional, Mark is committed to ensuring that the everyday operations of Harford Soccer Camp run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include coordination of all aspects of the soccer camp including the recruitment of the best coaching staff available for your child. Mark grew up playing soccer in the community for the Harford Kicks Club Program that traveled abroad to compete in several international tournaments. Mark was an All-County player for C. Milton Wright High School.


Brian Gunter - Director
As a Harford County teacher, Brian is committed to the education and development of your child during his or her experience at the Harford Soccer Camp. After graduating from CMW in '94 Brian went on to play Division I at the University of Delaware from '95- '98. He gained camp experience working at the Kirkwood soccer camps during college and returned home to teach and coach the CMW Boys Varsity Soccer Team. He was named a HCPS Teacher of the Year Finalist in 2007. He currently is the assistant CMW Boys Varsity soccer coach.


Julie Elardo - Camp Nurse
Julie graduated from the University of Maryland at Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked in the Emergency Room since 1996. Julie is National Certified Emergency Nurse. She has several national certifications to include: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Trauma Nursing Core Certification. She is now working in the Emergency Room at Medstar Good Samaritan.

Mike Radcliffe - Goalkeeper Coach
Mike Radcliffe grew up in Baltimore County and played goalkeeper for Perry Hall High School during his high school career. Following high school, he played four seasons of college soccer McDaniel College in Westminster, MD. After graduating from McDaniel, Radcliffe spent seven seasons as an assistant coach for the Men’s Soccer Team at Stevenson University. During that time, he also spent one year as the Goalkeeper Coach for the Women’s Soccer Program at Stevenson. In addition to coaching collegiately, Radcliffe currently is in his 9th year as a State Goalkeeper Coach for the Maryland Olympic Development Program. He also works for the East Region ODP boys’ soccer coaching staff and spent the 2020 season training the Baltimore Armour Girls’ Developmental Academy Goalkeepers. From a club perspective, Radcliffe has worked extensively with clubs through the area including serving as the Director of Goalkeeping for Pipeline Soccer Club for five years. He also currently works as a Goalkeeper Coach for Next Level Soccer, Old Line Football Club, and Towson United. Radcliffe currently has a US Soccer Coaching D-License, as well an NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 3 Certificate. Outside of soccer, Radcliffe works as a school counselor at General John Stricker middle school in Baltimore County.
